General Description

The CJ136 is designed to operate and diagnose a large range of wide-band lambda probes. It is certified for use with Bosch wide-band lambda probes LSU 4.9 and LSU ADV as well as the NTK ZFAS-U2. These probes can be operated with the same ECU HW configuration. Only SW configuration needs to be adapted to the sensor type, thus giving full flexibility in the choice of the probe.

The technical concept also supports the operation of other types of wide-band probes.

For configuration and diagnosis, the CJ136 uses its SPI Block Diagram interface. To ensure minimum latency, the pump current data is transmitted via a dedicated fast digital line. The CJ136 if fully downward compatible with CJ135, but not with CJ125.
